Taiwan - Taipei - Flight - Food - Arrival

(deutsch/ english)

Woooot ich bin in Taiwan. Geil!

Woot I'm in Taiwan now. Awesome!
I didn't sleep the night before the flight, cause till the last second I packed and had still some paperwork to do.
In the Duty Free Shop we thought about buying some brandy ;), but my brother and I decided to buy a bottle of Bacardi Torched Cherry and a bottle of Smirnoff Espresso.

I had a vegan meal on my flight, it's ok considering that we flew economy class. By the way I flew with China Airlines. The food was asian/chinese with tofu, glasnoodles, shitake, chinese black fungus (mu-erh) mushrooms.
What I liked most was the Tofu and especially the bamboo salad with chili oil dressing.

Entertainment wise there was enough to watch. The newest blockbuster movies, classics, shows documentaries and lots of chinese movies from Hong Kong and Taiwan (most of them had english subtitles). So can't get bored.

After 13 hours flight I arrived in Taipei. The humid heat slapped me right into my face. XD

Mei picked me up from the Airport. It' really nice to see her after 9 months again. :)
After a ride on the bus to Taipei Central Station and a few hours sleep, we had steamed and fried jiao zi (chinese dumplings) with green onions, kimchi and curry fillings. Super delicious with the chili-vinigar-sauce. Mmmmhh
With that i had some Bubble Tea and Apple Sidra one of the best soft drinks on earth. Mmmmmmhhhhh

After that we walked through Taipei's Shida Nightmarket, Hair Stylist and Taipeis most popular clubs...but more of that in an other post. :)

Duty Freeeeee!
